"DANCING RABBIT FESTIVAL"

EXHIBIT LOCATION:  On Jefferson Street in downtown Macon, from the County Courthouse to State Farm Insurance.  Macon can be reached from State Highways 45 and 14.

WORK ELIGIBILITY:  Arts/crafts, flea market items, baked goods, and food/drink. 

BOOTH INFORMATION:  Size 10'x10'.  Fees:  $25 per space, $5 electrical fee if needed (limited spaces available).  Noxubee County food vendors $100; Out of town food vendors are allotted a 10'x20' space at $300.  If additional space is needed, an additional space fee will be required.    PLEASE NOTE:  If you need more than one booth space, please specify if the spaces must be side by side or back to back.  Food Vendors - please be sure to give dimensions of your concession trailer when filling out application form.  All food vendor trailers must in place by 6:00 a.m. and vehicles moved out of the way ASAP.

SET UP TIME:  All displays must be set up by 8:00 a.m., and must remain until 6:00 p.m.  Absolutely no exceptions.  Committee members will be at the exhibit location at 6:00 a.m. to assist you.  Information booth will be located on the courthouse lawn.

BOOTH SPACES/FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE/REFUNDABLE!  ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

CONFIRMATIONS - PLEASE ENCLOSE A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE FOR YOUR RETURN OF CONFIRMATION. 

IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF BOOTH SPACE.

Rabbit Festival, its agents, representatives or employees.

DANCING RABBIT FESTIVAL reserves the right to make final interpretation of all  rules and regulations.
